Key inspection points for basement waterproofing steel plates—new supervisors, please take note.
First, we need to inspect the visual quality of the waterstop steel plates. The surface of the waterstop steel plates should be free of oil stains and must not show any noticeable bending. The specifications for the waterstop steel plates require a thickness of 10 mm, with a width of at least 300 mm and folded edges measuring 30–50 mm. Additionally, the overlap length between two waterstop steel plates must be no less than 50 mm, and the joint must be fully welded on both sides.
